The Devotion Ring II draws inspiration from Hans Memling's ca. 1470 portrait of Tommaso Portinari and Maria Baroncelli, reimagining the devotional bands worn by the couple in prayer. This double-gemmed design echoes Baroncelli's presumed wedding band, featuring a convex, slightly tapered silhouette with delicate petal cut-out details that frame two stones in ornate 4-prong and petal settings. Rooted in Medieval stirrup-style rings—a form favored by both laymen and the elite.
The Devotion Ring II tapers from 6mm to 4.5mm wide.
14 karat recycled yellow gold, 3mm sapphire and 3mm carnelian cabochon.
