We happily service all our jewelry for the lifetime of its wear. Feel free to drop in during our open store hours for complimentary spot cleanings. Additional services like resizing and repair may be covered by designers' warranties. If not, we offer service at a nominal charge.

All custom engagement and bridal pieces come with a free annual ring check-up for the lifetime of the piece. Drop it off and we will give it a thorough cleaning, tighten any loose stones, inspect for any signs of wear and tear, and deep clean it for you in 2-3 weeks.

We warranty all items against manufacturing defects. If you think something is wrong with your piece, please contact us within 60 days of receipt. We will inspect your item, reach out to the designer, and if we find unacceptable issues with its construction will have the item remade at no cost. Please note that if customizations or modifications are requested to an original design that may compromise its integrity, we may not be able to warranty the item but can assist in servicing as necessary.

While we want you to wear and love your jewelry, we also want to help you take care of it! We offer repair services for all our pieces at nominal rates. Please allow at least 2 weeks for all repairs.
