We hope you love your purchase! But if you do decide to return, we're here to make the process as easy and seamless as possible:


In-Store Orders
All return requests must be made within 14 days from date of purchase and are valid for exchange or store credit only. All made-to-order, custom items, resized items, and trunk-show items are final sale. After 14 days from date of purchase, items are ineligible for exchange or return.


Online Orders
For all ready-to-ship items purchased online (excluding ready-to-ship rings over $2,000), return requests made up to 14 days from date of delivery are valid for an exchange for another item of the same value or more, store credit, or a refund with a 10% restocking fee. For all ready-to-ship rings over $2,000, return requests made up to 14 days from date of delivery are valid for an exchange for another item of the same value or more, store credit, or a refund with a 20% restocking fee. After 14 days from date of delivery, items are ineligible for exchange or return. All made-to-order, custom items, resized items, and trunk-show items are final sale. 

Gift Returns
If you received a ready-to-ship gift from No.3 Fine Jewelry (excluding ready-to-ship rings over $2,000), you may exchange for another item of the same value or more up to 30 days from date of original purchase, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties. Please contact us if you have any questions. All made-to-order, custom items, resized items, and trunk-show items are final sale. 


*ⓘ Please Note: For any return, all jewelry must be in brand new and original condition, without any signs of wear. Any item returned otherwise will be returned to sender. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for refunds and exchanges. All made-to-order and custom items are final sale. No.3 Fine Jewelry has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet No.3's Return Policy requirements.

Final Sale Items
All made-to-order, custom items, resized items, and trunk-show items are final sale. All items marked as final sale, purchased at a discounted price, or marked as discontinued are final sale. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

To Request a Return
Email us at to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.

Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by No.3 Fine Jewelry within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and ten days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with insurance and tracking for the most secure delivery possible. No.3 does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled before they are received. Please also note that No.3 can not accept any packages that are sent cash-on-delivery (COD).

An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.

If the return is approved, a refund or credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid and sent via email. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be applied. Shipping charges and import duties are not included in merchandise credits. Store credit has NO expiration date, and can be used online or in-store.


Turnaround Times
Special ordered items are produced in the order they are received. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each item's page, but please note these are averages and may not account for all circumstances. In the event of a major delay due to quality issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events, we will contact you to update you on your order.


No.3 uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking # will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you choose.

All in-stock merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day.

All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

We deliver to most countries in the world. Please be aware of our new international shipments policy. No.3 will reserve the right to request a scan or photocopy of a purchaser's government-issued identification and credit card used in the transaction. This is to verify the identity and protect the safety of our users. If you refuse to email your identification upon request, No.3 may void your transaction entirely.

The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
