You'd be hard pressed to call Bliss Lau a traditionalist, so imagine our surprise when we first saw this sleek, sapphire-set engagement ring. Cathedral settings might sounds the very definition of "classic", but Lau rethinks all that with an ultra-thin design that appears like a narrow slice of rich gold viewed from the top. Turn the ring at an angle, though, and suddenly its arched silhouette seems to appear out of thin air. Made in the U.S.A.
