This is when we talk size, budget, metals, hopes, dreams, and what this piece means to you. Whether this is an engagement ring or a gift for you or a loved one, we'll be sure to cover any of your questions about timing, stone sourcing, custom options, design fees, and more. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what you want—we're here to help!

After your consultation, we'll jump into sketches and mockups to work through any questions or requests you may have if necessary. If our team is sourcing a stone for your project, we'll keep this in mind as we hone in on the design. If this is a custom piece commissioned from one of our designers, we'll sketch your ideas out so we can provide a clear vision to their team if necessary.

After we've settled on your design concept, we'll spiffy up our sketches and provide a CAD that will give you a more detailed look at the design. If this is a custom piece commissioned from one of our designers, please note that this process may vary.

From here, we'll seek your final approval before your piece is cast and the production process can begin.

Production can take as little as 4 weeks or as much at 12 weeks depending on the complexity of your project and the designer. We recommend starting any engagement ring process no later than 8 weeks before you need the ring.

Arguably the best part of this entire process: seeing your new baby for the first time! If you're local, we recommend picking up in store. If that's not possible, we offer worldwide shipping through our trusted carriers.
